This package does not include support for programming, but this would be included with an upgrade to the Level 2 Developer Support package.
Travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses are deducted from the support contract for customers requiring on-site user support.

- Case organisation
- Importing geometry and mesh data
- Selecting physical models
- Defining material properties
- Prescribing boundary and operating conditions
- Setting solver controls
- Setting-up solution convergence monitors
- Calculating and monitoring a parallel solution

- Displaying and examining results
- Methods integration and workflow guidance (after observation of existing customer processes and software interactions)
- Linking with optimisation software
- Geometry clean-up and preparation for mesh generation

Level 2: Developer Support
In addition to the Level 1 User support contents, the Level 2 Developer Support includes the following activities:- User coding development
- Programming support
- Methods development support
- On-site developer support
Travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses are deducted from the support contract for customers requiring on-site developer support.
